Installing the SDK

Description

To enable a Unity Scene to work on the Immerse Platform:

  1. Create a new Unity Scene
  • Turn off automatic baking of lighting by unchecking Window > Rendering > Lighting Settings > Auto Generate Lighting []
  • Set Color Space to Linear in File > Build Settings > Player Settings > Other Settings > Rendering > Color Space (Recommended)
  • Uncheck Auto Graphics API in WebGL and remove WebGL 1.0 in File > Build settings > Player Settings > Other Settings > Rendering > Auto Graphics API (Recommended)
  • Set up an existing scene in the Unity Menu select Immerse > Scene > Validate Scene; when prompted to update the build index, select [Yes]. This shortcut will perform the following tasks:
    • Create an App Object
    • Create a Scene Object
    • Create a Spawn Object
    • Set the scene to be at the first index in list of Scenes in Build
